3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

Faktu.io offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through LemonSqueezy, our payment processing partner.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management page.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days prior notice.

5. User Content & Data

You retain full ownership of all data and content you create on Faktu.io, including invoices, client information, and business details. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or fraudulent activity.
• Create invoices for illegal goods or services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

7. Limitation of Liability

Faktu.io is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
